Lemon is a fabulous way to jumpstart our digestive systems in the morning. By adding lemon, we more easily can expel fats through our bodies.
Pineapple juice contains so many beneficial ingredients like the enzyme Bromelain. Bromelain is a naturally occurring anti-inflammatory that can decrease swelling, joint tenderness and pain. Pineapple juice can be a great help to ease rheumatoid arthritis symptoms. By drinking and/or eating pineapple we are utilizing a natural diuretic allowing our metabolism to focus on fat burning rather than ridding our bodies of excessive fluids.
Stop buying butter. Substitute with the fats of coconut oil. Do not starve yourself, eat every few hours a lot of raw fruits and veggies and eat more pineapple.
- Drink 1 liter of lukewarm water with one whole lemon juiced upon waking up.
- Juice a green juice for breakfast (kale, cucumber, garlic, carrot and green apple is an easy one)
